1. Introduction & Who we are

LinkCheckerAI is a tool that helps you analyze links and make more informed decisions before visiting a website. We show safety signals, warnings and educational information, and we provide optional features like leaderboards, contests, referral programs, survey integrations and subscriptions.

The Service is operated by Safienta Solutions Private Limited (“Safienta”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India and headquartered in Tamil Nadu.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and Safienta for your use of LinkCheckerAI and related services.

2. Service description

• Link analysis. LinkCheckerAI helps you analyze links and understand potential risks before you open or share them.
• Safety signals & education. We show safety signals, warnings and educational information based on best-effort checks, but we cannot guarantee that any link is perfectly safe.
• Optional features. We provide optional features such as leaderboards, contests, referral programs, survey integrations and subscriptions that you can choose to use or ignore.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age of digital consent in your region and capable of forming a legally binding contract. The Service is not directed to children. Do not use the Service if you are under the applicable age.

5. Accounts & Security

• Registration. An email may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it updated.
• Security. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and use device-level protections (for example, screen lock, up-to-date OS and browser).
• Anti-abuse. We may use CAPTCHA, rate-limits, fraud checks, IP/region checks or additional verification to prevent abuse and protect our systems and partners.
• Suspension. We may suspend or terminate your account or limit access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created a security or legal risk.

6. No guarantee of safety

• LinkCheckerAI is a decision-support tool. It does not replace your own judgment, browser protections, antivirus tools or other security software.
• Even if a link appears as “SAFE”, you should still be careful, avoid sharing personal or financial information, and follow basic security hygiene.
• We are not responsible for content, products or services offered on third-party websites or by survey and ad partners, even if you accessed them via LinkCheckerAI.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation or scripts to generate fake checks, referrals, survey completions, SAFERN earnings, or any other activity.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, contests, surveys, payment flows or referral programs, including using VPNs/proxies against partner policies.
• Submit URLs or content that are illegal, abusive, infringing, or that violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, probe or disrupt our systems or those of our partners.
• Create multiple accounts or use another person’s account without permission to obtain rewards or bypass limits.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or block specific behaviors, if we reasonably believe you are violating these rules or applicable laws.

8. SAFERN rewards & non-cash nature

• SAFERN is an in-app reward unit that you may earn by using the Service in eligible ways (for example, checking links, completing approved surveys, referrals or contests).
• SAFERN is not money, does not represent a claim to money, is not a currency, token or other digital asset, and has no guaranteed cash value.
• Any conversion of SAFERN into other benefits (for example, ad-light modes, vouchers, gifts or experimental cash-out programs) is entirely discretionary, subject to additional terms and eligibility checks, and may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time.

9. Surveys, offers & third-party partners

• When you take part in surveys, offerwalls or similar offers, you are dealing with third-party providers with their own terms and privacy policies. Please read them carefully.
• Eligibility, completion logic, fraud checks and reward decisions are largely controlled by those partners. We rely on their callbacks and systems to update your in-app rewards.
• We are not responsible for the content of surveys, the questions asked, or any outcomes beyond updating your in-app rewards based on valid completion reports we receive.
• We may void or refuse rewards for suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, VPN/proxy manipulation, automated traffic or violations of these Terms or partner policies.

10. Contests, leaderboards & promotions

• Leaderboards and contests show how users perform based on defined metrics (for example, verified activity or score). Where possible, we display pseudonymized identities or display names rather than full personal details.
• Any promotional rewards (for example, devices, vouchers, or other gifts) are subject to specific contest rules, eligibility criteria, verification and local legal requirements.
• We may disqualify or suspend accounts at our discretion if we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, automated/bot behavior, or violation of these Terms or contest rules.

11. Wallet, Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service may display a wallet or balance denominated in SAFERN. Your wallet is not a bank account, deposit, or investment product, and SAFERN does not earn interest.
• Some features may be offered on a paid subscription basis (for example, upgraded plans or ad-light modes). Subscription pricing, billing cycles and included benefits will be clearly presented in the app or checkout pages.
• By starting a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment partners to charge you according to the selected plan.
• Where auto-renewal is available, you can cancel future renewals from your account or as described in the plan details. Some fees may be non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Wallet entries and balances may be adjusted in case of reversals, survey partner clawbacks, system errors or suspected fraud.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or foreign exchange costs related to paid features or redemptions are your responsibility.

12. Intellectual Property

• LinkCheckerAI, including its logo, UX, models and underlying code, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
• Security features and warnings reduce risk but cannot remove it completely. You should continue to use up-to-date security practices and your own judgment.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Service in the previous three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

You can stop using LinkCheckerAI at any time and may close your account through available flows or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any part of it, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where required by law or to protect our users, partners or systems.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

16. Changes to the Service & these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, including rewards programs or contest formats, to improve the product, manage abuse, or meet legal and business requirements.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means. Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (without regard to conflict of laws). Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law grants you additional consumer rights or a different mandatory forum.

18. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described there, in line with applicable law.
